A tree in the light
of the sinking sun,
so full of beauty.

He breathes in deeply,
closing his eyes, to enjoy
the silence around.

Words did hurt so much,
more than beats and kicks could do,
leaving him broken.

But here, in nature,
the pain starts to fly away,
and he feels whole again.
